Description of Research: |
Radiation Therapy Oncology Group study 0924, Androgen Deprivation Therapy and High Dose Radiotherapy With or Without Whole-Pelvic Radiotherapy
in Unfavorable Intermediate or Favorable High Risk Prostate Cancer: A Phase III Randomized Trial, is designed to see whether radiotherapy to the draining lymph nodes of the prostate improves outcomes.
Radiation Therapy Oncology Group study 0614 is a randomized, phase III trial of a drug for pervention of conginitive dysfunction in patients receiving whole brain radiotherapy.
RTOG 0815 is a phase III prostpective randiomized trial of dose-escalated radiotherapy with or without short-term androgen deprivation therapy for patients with intermediate-risk prostate cancer.
RTOG 0617 is a randomized study comparing two doses of radiotherapy in the treatment of nonsmall cell lung cancer
