Description of Research:	My program of research is focused on improving self management behaviors in persons with chronic heart failure, with emphasis on family caregivers, impact of competing comorbidities such as diabetes and improving outcomes.
Relevance to VA:	My research addresses many chronic health problems that are found among Veterans such as heart failure, diabetes and other chronic cardiovascular conditions
